On average, our email response times are around 15 minutes, so you can expect a prompt reply.

We do not require upfront payment from solcitors or law firms. 

Once you reply to our agreement email confirming instruction, we begin work immediately. 

When the investigation is complete, we’ll send our report along with the invoice. 

Payment is to be received to our business account via bank transfer.

Our services are VAT exempt, meaning invoices do not include VAT.

• Minimum tracing fee: £250
• Minimum process serving fee: £300
• Minimum vehicle report fee: £100
